1st ENERGY FORUM
On 30 September 2025, the CCI France Grèce, in collaboration with its Energy & Climate Change Committee, successfully hosted its 1st Energy Forum at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC), under the theme:
“Exploring the New Energy Landscape: A 360° Perspective.”

"Energy has become a critical, multidimensional instrument, carrying both economic and geopolitical significance – a prerequisite for national security and growth," Mr. Stavros Papastavrou - Σταύρος Παπασταύρου highlighted in his speech, emphasizing that collaboration between states, governments, and the public and private sectors is now essential to effectively tackle collective challenges.
Keynote Address:
Mr. Harry Theoharis, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, stressed that the Mediterranean should serve as a hub for energy cooperation rather than a stage for tensions, and noted that Greece, long absent from global energy discussions, is now actively revitalizing its energy sector.”
The Forum gathered government officials, representatives from institutional bodies such as IPTO-Independent Power Transmission Operator, ΔΕΔΔΗΕ Α.Ε. - HEDNO S.A.,Hellenic Innovation & Infrastructure Fund (HIIF), HDB - Hellenic Development Bank SA, European Investment Bank (EIB), and Regulatory Authority for Energy, Waste and Water (RAAEY) as well as top companies such as Alpha Bank, Apollo Green Solutions, Botanickel, Copelouzos Group, Data4, EDF power solutions, Enexgroup, Grant Thornton Greece, HDF Energy, HELLENiQ ENERGY, Schneider Electric, VALOREM, Viohalco, Voltalia
