Greek Exports Awards 2017: for the sixth consecutive year under the auspices of the CCI France-Grèce

For the sixth consecutive year, the Union of Diplomatic Officers for Economic & Commercial Affairs (ΕΝΔΥ ΟΕΥ) of the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs together with Ethos Events and HRIMA magazine on finance and investments, organize the Greek Exports Awards under the auspices of the Franco-hellenic Chamber of Commerce and Indusrty. This event, which will take place on December 1st 2017 at the Divani Apollon Palace & Thalasso, aims to highlight and reward people, ideas and partnerships between the top exporting companies in Greece.

The Greek Exports Awards 2017 seek to honor excellence in the sector of exports (of products and services), which consistently finds creative outlets despite the adverse circumstances. The Awards promote businesses that contribute significantly to the country’s economy and to Greek society as a whole, by creating new jobs.

This year’s Greek Exports Awards invite companies with inspiring visions and business practices exceeding Greek borders, to submit their entries until November 13th on, by selecting the category corresponding to their business activities.

Through separate voting procedures, the public and the multi-member Judging Committee consisting of renowned personalities from state organizations and the business sector, will decide who are the “leaders of growth” by conferring 19 awards in 4 main categories of exporting activities for the year 2017.

The winners of Greek Exports Awards 2017 will be announced during a gala dinner which will take place on Friday 1 December 2017 at the Divani Apollon Palace & Thalasso. 

Within the context of Greek Exports Awards 2017, for the first time this year a 2-day event dedicated to exports and titled “Greek International Buyers Meetings” will be organized and will take place on November 30th and December 1st at the Divani Apollon Palace & Thalasso.

During this event, the organizers will offer to potential exporters the unique opportunity to have B2B meetings with 30 Top International Buyers involved in the Food & Beverages Sector. These meetings will be customized and programmed according to priority order. Their duration will be of 30 minutes, during which the participating exporters or aspiring exporters will be able to explore the possibility of cooperation with the Buyers and discuss with them issues pertaining to the exporting procedure and the special way the latter operates within the market and in particular within the sector where each Buyer is involved.
