MEVACO: New agreement with INTRACOM DEFENCE S.A

“MEVACO METALLURGIKI ABEE” in application of the provisions of paragraph 4.1.3.1. of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange and article 17 par 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the 16 April 2014,

informs the investing public that it has concluded a new important agreement with INTRACOM DEFENCE S.A. for the manufacture of the metal parts of Defence Systems with an export orientation. The signed relevant contract on the amount of USD 5.7 million and lasting approximately 24 months, justifies the strategic decision of MEVACO ‘s management for the creation, organization and operation of a special department of Defence Systems within its production facilities, with specially trained personnel and specializes means of production and control.

MEVACO ‘s goal is to systematically strengthen its presence in the international marker of Defence Systems, which shows extremely increased interest and prospects for those involved in this sector
